FAQ
Can I extend the session on the day of?
If my schedule allows I am happy to extend your session. Additional fees will be applied.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You do not have to order prints through me. But, I am happy to help. Just ask me for my printing options/fees.
Can multiple locations be used for our session?
For Standard Sessions, your investment allows for 1 location. Additional locations may be added for an extra fee.
Newborn sessions would take place at my home studio or your home (additional fee is applied for home sessions). Because of the equipment/props required, additional locations are not offered.
Senior Sessions include up to 2 locations within a five mile radius. Additional locations may be added for a fee.
When will I get my pictures?
Within a week of your session, I will lightly edit the photos that best represent you (You are in focus and looking great). Photos will be uploaded to a preview gallery for you to choose your favorites. You can choose the number of photos allotted per your session fee (I will communicate this with you when your gallery is presented). Can you choose more than that, sure...but, since I take the time to edit each photo individually, I will have to charge a per photo editing fee.
I usually tell clients to expect at least 2 weeks for the finished product once favorites have been chosen.
What does editing consist of?
My basic editing includes coloring based on my style of editing. I love color and a crisp more "contrasty" look. Some of my clients have even classified my work as more painterly.
I will take care of blemishes, flyaway hair (within reason) and skin smoothing after I have received your favorites. I actually love editing and most photos are taken into Photoshop for those finishing touches. I can do a face swap or two if I have a photo to choose from. If extensive edits are required an additional fee will be charged. Editing takes time. However, my ultimate goal is to have you look as natural as possible.
